With one foot in the stirrup, getting ready to swing your leg over the saddle, you’ll also be gittin’ ready to become a “cowboy – a legend living on” for the next six days.

Beginning with some good ol’ Kamloops hospitality, you’ll be introduced to the western heritage we’re so proud of. Our bustling city, nestled in a valley where two rivers meet, habituated by some of the friendliest folks around. You’ll be able to get involved in western activities, to give you an insight to the ‘cowboy way of life’, yours for the takin’!

From the city you’ll go to the staging area, the start of our Cattle Drive. Where, after meeting your fellow drovers and trusty steed for the next six days, you’ll be able to settle into a relaxed atmosphere. Meeting new people; riding, chowin’ down with them on some hearty grub, learnin’ and hearin’ stories of the past and the events of the past days ride.

Your days will perhaps start early, riding on horseback through our grasslands, rolling hills, and enjoying some of Mother Nature’s finest. The fresh smell of sage, a view to cherish and remember forever!

You’ll be signing up on an outfit of cowboys and cowgirls from all over the world, earning to fulfill a dream come true of “cowboyin’ – a legend living on”! Our goal is to not only provide you with a memorable and educational holiday perpetuating our heritage, but to sponsor a scholarship fund we’re so proud of. It assists our youth to continue their education in the agricultural sector.
