DAY 1
Your tour package begins as you collect your rental car and proceed to your selected Vancouver hotel. The day is yours to discover Vancouver. Canada's third-largest metropolitan centre, Vancouver is a busy port with a multi-cultural ambiance. The spectacular setting invites you outdoors to explore restaurants, parks, shopping, galleries, museums, nightlife, entertainment and more. Overnight in Vancouver.
DAY 2
Depart Vancouver and the west coast to travel through the fertile Fraser Valley and along the Coquihalla Highway (toll not included) to the Okanagan region. On arrival in Kelowna, visit one of the many wineries in the area or stop at the Wine Museum (admission by donation - not included). Overnight in Kelowna.
DAY 3
Spend the day touring wineries in the Kelowna area. Among your choices are Cedar Creek Estate Winery, Summerhill Estate Winery, Quail's Gate Estate Winery, Mission Hill Winery, and Gray Monk Estate Winery. Overnight in Kelowna.
DAY 4
Visit Kelowna Land and Orchard and enjoy a horse-drawn wagon tour (included) through this working apple orchard. Continue south along Okanagan Lake and visit wineries en route such as Sumac Ridge Estate Winery or Scherzinger Vineyards. Overnight in Penticton.
DAY 5
More than 30 wineries in the Penticton area, including Hillside Estate Wines and Lang Vineyards await your discovery. Continue south along Highway 97 to the community of Osoyoos, stopping in for a visit at Hawthorne Mountain Vineyards along the way. Overnight in Osoyoos.
DAY 6
Explore the wineries of the southern Okanagan, including Inniskillen Okanagan Vineyards, Hester Creek Estate Winery, Gehringer Brothers Estate Winery, and Tinhorn Creek Vineyards. Overnight in Osoyoos.
DAY 7
Depart the Okanagan to travel through Manning Provincial Park on the way to Harrison Hot Springs. Soak in the hot springs, have an elegant dinner or take a walk on the shore of tranquil Harrison Lake. Overnight in Harrison Hot Springs.
DAY 8
Return to Vancouver today. You may wish to call on Columbia Valley Classics Winery to sample specialty fruit wines. Continue to Fort Langley National Historic Site (included), a reconstructed Hudson's Bay Company trading post dating from 1858. Your tour concludes with the return of your rental vehicle in Vancouver.

DAY 2
Your destination today is the city of Victoria located on Vancouver Island. Departing Vancouver, stop at the village of Steveston and newly restored Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site. This salmon cannery, built in 1894, now houses interpretive displays and exhibitions about the west coast fishing industry and its migrant workers. Continue to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal for your 90 min. ride to Victoria (ferry fare not included). Arriving on Vancouver Island, it is a short and richly scenic drive to Butchart Gardens (admission included). Overnight in Victoria.
DAY 3
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Victoria's attractions, museums, galleries, parks and Inner Harbour. Admission is included to the Royal British Columbia Museum of Natural History and Fort Rodd Hill & Fisgard Lighthouse, a former military installation and first permanent lighthouse built in 1860 that is still functioning today. Overnight in Victoria.
DAY 4
Departing Victoria, wind your way up the Island Highway (Highway 1) through such communities as Duncan, known as the "City of Totems". Here you will find an authentic representation of the Northwest Coast Indians' world at the Quw'utsun' Heritage Village (formerly known as Cowichan - admission is included). This site features totem carving demonstrations, weaving, beading and knitting. Continuing north, pass the community of Chemainus, the "City of Murals". Your final destination today is Campbell River - "Salmon Capital of the World". Overnight in Campbell River.
DAY 5
Northbound again, your route today features a stop at Telegraph Cove for a 5 hour nature cruise (included). Possible wildlife sightings may include Dall's porpoises, harbour seals, otters, killer whales or bald eagles. Overnight in Port Hardy.
DAY 6
An early morning transfer to the B.C. Ferry Terminal and you are boarding your vessel bound for a full day of cruising (price included) the scenic grandeur of one of the world's most beautiful and shortest (15 hrs) ocean voyages. As you follow 400 km of B.C.'s coastline, you will want to have your camera handy as eagle, whale and porpoise sightings are common. Overnight in Prince Rupert.
DAY 7
Departing Prince Rupert today, follow the Yellowhead Highway through northern British Columbia's forested landscape. Your first stop will be the authentic fishing village of Port Edward and the North Pacific Cannery Village Museum (admission included) followed by the replica Gitksan Indian Village of 'Ksan (admission included), adjacent to the town of Old Hazelton. Overnight in Smithers.
DAY 8
Continuing on the Yellowhead Highway, make a short detour to the Fort St. James National Historic Site (admission included), an authentic 1896 Hudson's Bay Company fur trading post. The site features reconstructed and restored buildings that house artifacts and replicas of furs, trade goods, and furnishing of the late 1800's. As well, you can see site interperters dressed in period costumes play out historic scenarios and demostrate old time skills. Overnight in Prince George.
DAY 9
Venturing eastward, enter the Rocky Mountains today and pass by Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Overnight in Jasper.
DAY 10
A day at leisure to enjoy Jasper. Set among some of the most rugged peaks in the Canadian Rockies, this peaceful townsite lends itself well to active or relaxed exploration. Includedin your package is a boat cruise on Maligne Lake. Some suggested activities(not included) are stopping at Maligne Canyon, the Jasper Tramway, hiking one of the local trails or taking a float trip on the Athabasca River. Overnight in Jasper.
DAY 11
Today, travel the scenic Icefields Parkway and stop at the Athabasca Glacier for a Snocoach ride (included) onto the glacier. Other recommened stops are Athabasca Falls, Peyto Lake, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and Johnson Canyon. Overnight in Banff.
DAY 12
Of the many options available for activities today, included are a ride up Sulphur Mountain on Banff Gondola, admission to the Upper Hot Springs and the Cave and Basin National Historic Site, birthplace of Canada's National Parks system. Other suggested sights and activities are a boat cruise on Lake Minnewanka, hiking, biking, canoeing or exploring any of the museums (not included). Overnight in Banff.
DAY 13
Today's journey on the Trans Canada Highway (#1) will take you over the Great Divide, past the Spiral Tunnels and to Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls (short side trips off the highway). From there, you will continue over Roger's Pass and may make a stop at Craigellachie where the last spike was driven in the railway that unites Canada coast to coast. Overnight in Chase.
DAY 14
Continue your journey westward through near-desert regions before turning southward to follow the Fraser River through a narrow canyon. During this stretch of highway, stop at Hell's Gate for a tram ride (included) over the unique fish ladders in the Fraser River that aid spawning salmon in this difficult part of the river. Make a stop at Minter Gardens (admission included), before continuing on to downtown Vancouver. Overnight in Vancouver.
DAY 15
Your tour concludes today with the return of your rental vehicle to either the Vancouver International Airport or any downtown location.

Next, continue southward across the Canada/U.S. border to the city of Seattle. Consistently voted among the best places to live in North America, this city teems with life and history. Visit the Space Needle for a vista of the city; wander the bookstores, boutiques and cafes of Pioneer Square, take a tour of the under-ground city or sample the fares of Pike Place Market. Overnight in Seattle.

DAY 3
Your morning is at leisure for more exploring on your own. This afternoon, transfer to Seattle's Pier 55/56 and board the tour boat for a narrated harbour tour and a 12 kilometre cruise to Tillicum Village located on Blake Island Marine State Park. Your 4 hour tour (total round trip) includes a lunch buffet and theatrical presentation on the customs, beliefs, and dances of Northwest Coast Native Americans. Return to Seattle in the early evening. Overnight in Seattle.

DAY 4
Today proceed to the Washington State Ferry terminal and board a ferry for a short cruise acress Puget Sound to Bremerton (ferry fare not included). Upon arrival, you will drive north to Port Angeles and board Black Ball Ferries bound for Victoria (ferry fare for car and passengers included).Crossing time is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes and you will arrive in Victoria's Inner Harbour. During your ferry ride through the Juan De Fuca Strait, you may see whales or eagles or other marine wildlife. Overnight in Victoria.

DAY 5
A full day to discover the delights of Victoria, an intimate city said to be "more British than Britain," complete with double-decker buses and red phone booths. The pretty Inner Harbour is a great place to stroll. Be sure to take in the Royal B.C. Museum and the Maritime Museum, plus Fisgard Lighthouse - built in 1860 and still operating. Overnight in Victoria.

DAY 6
Travel to Tofino on the west coast of Vancouver Island along the scenic Island Highway. Stop to visit renowned Butchart Gardens (admission included) with impressive floral displays. Stroll among giant cedar and fir trees in Cathedral Grove, and don't forget the Maclean Mill National Historic Site in Port Alberni (admission included). Overnight in Tofino.

DAY 7
Discover Pacific Rim National Park Reserve (park entry pass included). This park includes three "units" - the West Coast Trail, a wilderness hike over 70 km long; the Broken Group Islands, accessible only by boats; and Long Beach, where you can enjoy woodland and beach hiking, explore tidepools, go whale watching. Interpretive talks and guided walks with park staff are available from the Wickaninnish Centre. Overnight in Tofino.

DAY 8
Another day to visit Pacific Rim and area. The town of Tofino, near the northern end of the park, is known as an artists' haven with plenty of restaurants, shops and galleries. A short drive to the south is Ucluelet, an authentic fishing village with its own fair share of boutiques and cafes. Overnight in Tofino.

DAY 9
Return to the east side of Vancouver Island. At Nanaimo, you'll board a BC Ferry bound for either Horsehoe Bay (North Vancouver) or Tsawwassen (south of Vancouver). Note that ferry fares for car and passengers are NOT included in your tour package. Your tour concludes when you return your rental vehicle in Vancouver.
