DAY 1
Transfer on your own to your Vancouver hotel. Overnight in Vancouver.
DAY 2
This morning, transfer to the Vancouver rail station (included) and board the "Rocky Mountaineer" to begin your train adventure eastward. Follow the Fraser River to the interior of British Columbia. Breakfast and lunch are served onboard. Overnight in Kamloops.
DAY 3
Transfer back to the rail station this morning to continue on your journey onboard the Rocky Mountaineer. Today, you will travel through the vast ranchlands along the South Thompson River, Rogers Pass, Kicking Horse Pass, Spiral Tunnels before arriving in Banff. Breakfast and lunch are once again served onboard. Upon arrival in Banff, transfer to your selected hotel (included). Overnight in Banff.
DAY 4
Embark on a full day excursion to Lake Louise today. See Johnston Canyon, Moraine Lake, Yoho Valley, Takakkaw Falls and of course the "Jewel in the Rockies" - Lake Louise. Return to Banff in the early evening. Tour operates June 1 - October 10, 2002. Price will be adjusted at time of booking when tour is unavailable. Overnight in Banff.
DAY 5
Begin your day with a morning sightseeing tour of Banff. This 3 hour tour will include the Cave and Basin as well as a gondola ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain. This afternoon take a Brewster transfer to downtown Calgary where you will spend the night. Overnight in Calgary.
DAY 6
A morning check out concludes your tour.
